As a  Founding Partner of THOMAS+CROWLEY, Paul Thomas brings over 20 years of professional experience in Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design to the firm.  Paul brings a balanced approach to problem solving in design and planning. His excellent skills in these disciplines provides pragmatic solutions to visionary ideas.

His work experience spans the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas where his familiarity with local requirements produces early design solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing and people friendly, but also technically accurate.

Paul’s leadership talents to organize and direct the design teams in all aspects of design and construction provides a great value to clients needs. His ability to see the BIG picture broadens the collaborative perspective of our team and our projects. In Addition to his many leadership qualities, Paul brings a fresh and yet seasoned outlook to THOMAS+CROWLEY.

Paul has a degree from the University of Idaho, and is also a member of the Arizona Planning Association.

Craig Crowley is one of the Founding Partners of THOMAS+CROWLEY, having more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of landscape Architecture. He is graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture.

Craig’s diverse knowledge & background in Planning, Architectural Elements, Landscape Design, and Construction Detailing allows him to add creative ideas, insight, and value to many aspects of project design and coordination. His steadfast desire and ability to create meaningful and unique spaces, is visible in a wide variety of projects including parks, community centers, master planned communities, commercial developments, and residential estates.

Craig’s ability to articulate and convey information, both graphically and verbally makes him a natural leader in collaborating with clients, consultants and design teams. Craig uses these skills to bring projects at THOMAS+CROWLEY to a higher level of design and documentation, which creates projects that are on time, on budget and award winning.
